KitAnvil is a small collection of single-purpose utilities for images, text and files. Every tool is designed to do one job properly — convert a picture, shrink a file, generate a QR code — without sign-ups, watermarks or file limits.

Everything runs in your browser

The heavy lifting happens locally, using the file APIs, canvas and WebAssembly in your own browser. Your file is read from your device, processed in memory in this tab, and handed back to you as a download. It is never uploaded to our server, and we could not read it even if we wanted to.

How we pay for it

The site is free because of advertising. We show a small number of clearly marked ad slots, and we do not sell data or email lists — we do not collect them in the first place. See the privacy policy for the details, including how to opt out of personalised advertising.

Who makes it

KitAnvil is an independent project. If something is broken, missing or slow, tell us via the contact page — feature requests are read.
