WebP saved from the web — a downloaded image, a screenshot from a shop or a picture saved from Chrome — does not open in older editors, Office versions, some printers or upload forms. This tool converts WebP to universally supported JPG.

What it handles

How to use

FAQ

Why can I not open a WebP file?

WebP is a web format; older image editors and Office versions do not recognise it. Converting to JPG solves compatibility everywhere.

Does it work with animated WebP?

It converts the first frame, because JPEG cannot store animation. For animation, convert to GIF elsewhere.
