SVG to PNG, at any size you need

SVG is a vector format — perfect for logos and icons, but not accepted everywhere. PNG works in email, Word, PowerPoint, printing, social platforms and every CMS. This tool rasterises SVG in your browser at 1x to 6x scale, so you can export a crisp, high-resolution PNG without a design app.

Choosing the scale

• 2x — retina screenshots and web use; a 24 px icon becomes 48 px.
• 4x–6x — print, big banners and presentation slides.
• Transparent background — default, best for logos and icons.
• White / dark background — pick when the target document has a solid page colour.

How to use

1. Drop one or more `.svg` files (plain PNG/JPG input also works, useful to normalise a folder).

2. Pick scale and background; results regenerate instantly.

3. Download each PNG — dimensions and file size are listed.

Notes

• External references — SVGs that link to fonts, CSS or images on other servers cannot load in a sandboxed canvas; inline your assets (convert text to paths) first.
• Very large scales use more memory: 6x on a 2000 px SVG produces a 12000 px PNG.
• Nothing is uploaded; conversion happens on your device with the Canvas API (20 MB per file).

FAQ

Why did my SVG fail to convert?

Usually it references external resources (web fonts, remote images, external CSS). Convert text to outlines and inline the assets, then try again.

Is a bigger PNG sharper?

For SVG input, yes — the vector is re-rendered at the target size, so 4x really is sharper than 1x rather than a blurry upscale.

Can I keep the transparent background?

Yes, transparent is the default and the output PNG carries an alpha channel.
